The SIYB Nepal Training of Trainers programme is delivered in packages to match the four levels of SIYB. Training of trainer courses can be completed separately, or as a complete programme. A TOPE and TOSE training of trainers’ course runs for seven days and a TOEE and TOGE training course runs for five days, if a potential trainer completes one of these two packages they become an accredited SIYB trainer of those levels of training. If a potential trainer completes the 10 day full SIYB Training of Trainers programme, which includes TOPE, TOSE, TOEE and TOGE, they become a qualified Local Programme Facilitator.

The training of trainers’ courses are conducted in a similar, practical manner to SIYB training for entrepreneurs. Participants are taken through the SIYB training material in detail and taught how to work with entrepreneurs to develop business plans, be effective managers and keep financial accounts.  Potential trainers are also taught valuable presentation methods and teaching techniques.
