Description: This training package covers the first two levels of the SIYB L1 program, Training of Potential Entrepreneurs (TOPE) and Training of Starting Entrepreneurs (TOSE). The beginning of the training presents self-employment as a career option, creates business awareness and generates (or improve) a business idea. The training then covers the knowledge and skills required to start and operate a successful enterprise. Course material is presented using simple language, illustrations, games and basic exercises to present technical concepts in the simplest format.
